PRO-MAX 36 MOWER FEATURES
Daily maintenance and servicing can be easily performed in the field. The
PTO shafts have Ring Lock collars for easy removal and additional safety.
All blade spindle assemblies can be easily removed from the deck as a
complete unit. The blade spindles are greaseable from the top side of the
decks, through lubrication holes in the belt guards. Belt guards have wing
nut hold downs for fast removal without tools. All mower deck components
are totally interchangeable, for easy servicing. |

Narrow Transport Width of 13 ft and 13 ft height is achieved without disconnecting PTO
shafts. Radial automotive tires allow mower to be moved conveniently to
distant locations. |

Service Safety Chain is installed to support the wing decks safely
at the ideal height for servicing the blades.

Transport Safety Lock holds the lift arms in folded position for
safe transporting of the mower unit. |

Wing Fold Lockout holds the wing in place for safe transport when
the wing is folded. |

Rear Hitch for connecting the TD92 Mower, slides
out for easy one man hookup. Automatically locks when backing up. |

Adjustable Overlap to eliminate leaving strips
of uncut grass. Easy 4" adjustment for users make wide turns or following
irrigation pivot tracks. |

Heavy Duty Blade Spindle assemblies are fabricated and machined to exact
tolerances. The spindles turn in greaseable ball bearings. Long support
bar holds blade straight to provide a clean, level cut. Steel shield below
bottom bearing gives protection from any debris that could otherwise
damage seal in bearing. A grease zerk on top of the spindle distributes
lubrication to both bearings. A nut and lock washer hold assembly
together. All spindle assemblies are interchangeable. Blades are attached
to the support bar with 2- 1/2" x 1-3/4" bolts. |

Heavy Duty Gear Box with machined and case hardened gears, transmits
power to the mower decks. All PTO shafts have Ring Lock collars instead of
pins for additional safety. Oil level dip stick and drain plug allow for
easy maintenance. |

Excellent Floatation is obtained with 8 large low pressure floatation
tires, all staggered, providing minimum soil penetration and compaction.
Cutting height adjustment can be simply done by removing lynch pin from
top of each castor stem and moving the spacers either above or below
support tube as required. Wheel hub and castor pivot are greaseable.
