  • Progressive Turf Equipment does not have access to our dealers' prices. While Progressive Turf Equipment does provide dealers with a suggested retail price, they are responsible to set their own prices. Please contact the dealer directly for pricing information.

  • I bought your product(s) from a dealer and it is defective/wrong. Can I return it to Progressive Turf Equipment?
  • If you have problems with a product(s) you bought from a dealer, you must return that product to the dealer. Progressive Turf Equipment will not honor any returns or replacements on items sold through our distribution network unless they are returned by the dealer, in accordance with established return and warranty policies. Please contact the dealer you purchased the product(s) from originally for assistance with your product(s).

  • Many factors may impede a dealer's ability to login to our website. Please take note of any error messages that you experience when you attempt to login.   • My local dealer doesn't stock the item(s) I require. Can I order it directly from Progressive Turf Equipment?
  • While our dealers are encouraged to stock our products as much as possible, not every dealer can stock every item that we sell. At this time, Progressive Turf Equipment will not bypass the Dealer Distribution network due to stocking issues with the dealers. Please contact your dealer for assistance.

  • My dealer has ordered product(s) to be shipped directly from Progressive Turf Equipment. How long before I can expect to see my order?
  • There are a number of factors that can affect your order's time in transit. Orders sent directly from Progressive Turf Equipment are subject to availability. The delivery location can greatly affect the time in transit as well. Your dealer will be able to acquire the necessary tracking information from Progressive Turf Equipment upon request. Progressive Turf Equipment will only track shipments at the request of the dealer that originally placed the order.
