TD65 & TD65-2 Tires with Wear Bushings

Subject: Discontinuation of parts for obsolete tire assembly
Progressive Turf will no longer carry any stock for TD65 & TD65-2 caster wheel assemblies using wear bushings. Existing stock will be available until it is exhausted, at which time the part will no longer be available. A listing of all affected parts can be found below;
- 521786 - Tire and Rim Assembly
- 521772 - Rim with Bushings
- 521317 - Round Caster arm assembly
- 521352 - Square Caster arm assembly
Requested Action:
Progressive Turf offers an upgrade for these parts. Customers must upgrade both the caster arm and the tire assembly in order for the new parts to work. A breakdown of these parts are below;
- Upgrade for Square Casters - Part #522320 (Contains tire/rim assembly, caster arm, and required bearings for mounting)
- Upgrade for Round Casters - Part #522319 (Contains tire/rim assembly, caster arm, and required bearings for mounting)
Individual parts are also available to replace these components without buying the upgrade kits. A breakdown of these parts are below;
- 522317 - Tire and Rim Assembly (comes with bearing races only)
- 522315 - Rim Only (comes with bearing races only)
- 522313 - Round (Swivel) Caster arm assembly (comes with castellated nut only)
- 522314 - Square Caster arm assembly (comes with castellated nut only)
Note: Upgrading the machine is required before any individual parts can be installed. These parts will not fit in the previous application without upgrading both the caster arm and tire assembly.
