  • Our books and manuals are in PDF format. You will need to download and install Adobe Reader in order to view the file.

  • How do I purchase Progressive Turf Equipment's products?
  • Progressive Turf Equipment has a large network of distributors spanning the US and Canada, as well as distributors in select locations worldwide. Please use the Find a Distributor tool (Found on the left) to find a distributor in your area, and they will be pleased to assist you with your purchase.

  • Why can't I get pricing information directly from Progressive Turf Equipment?
  • Progressive Turf Equipment does not have access to our distributors' prices. While Progressive Turf Equipment does provide distributors with a suggested retail price, they are responsible to set their own prices. Please contact the distributor directly for pricing information.

  • I bought your product(s) from a distributor and it is defective/wrong. Can I return it to Progressive Turf Equipment?
  • If you have problems with a product(s) you bought from a distributor, you must return that product to the distributor. Progressive Turf Equipment will not honor any returns or replacements on items sold through our distribution network unless they are returned by the distributor, in accordance with established return and warranty policies. Please contact the distributor you purchased the product(s) from originally for assistance with your product(s).

  • I am a distributor. Why can't I login to your website?
  • Many factors may impede a distributor's ability to login to our website. Please take note of any error messages that you experience when you attempt to login. Most times, the error message will tell you what you must do to remedy the problem. If you are still having trouble with your login, please use the Contact Us page to notify the Webmaster of your problem, and someone will respond to you as soon as possible. Please be sure to include correct contact information on the form, and include any error messages you may have received during your attempts.

  • How can I get a new operators manual?
  • You can download the most current Operators Manuals and Parts Books for most Progressive Turf Equipment machines from our Operator's and Parts Manuals section. For products not listed on that page, please use the form on the Contact Us page to notify our Technical Support staff.

  • My local distributor doesn't stock the item(s) I require. Can I order it directly from Progressive Turf Equipment?
  • While our distributors are encouraged to stock our products as much as possible, not every distributor can stock every item that we sell. Progressive Turf Equipment will not bypass the Dealer Distribution network and sell directly to the public. Please contact your distributor for assistance.

  • My distributor has ordered product(s) to be shipped directly from Progressive Turf Equipment. How long before I can expect to see my order?
  • Transit times can vary significantly. Please contact your distributor for more information about your order. They will have the most up-to-date information available about your order.

  • I placed an order through Pro-Shop. When will it ship?
  • Shipping dates are subject to several factors, including holidays, high volume periods, and parts availability. Orders placed during regular shipping hours (8AM - 2PM EST, Monday - Friday) on business days usually ship the same day if possible. Orders placed after that are usually scheduled to ship the next business day.
