How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, please follow these steps:

  • Click on the 'Forgot Password' link on the sign-in page.
  • Enter your registered email address.
  • Check your email for a password reset link and follow the instructions.
  • If you don't receive an email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder.
  • For additional assistance, contact our support team.
How can I track my order?
  • After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with an order number.
  • Visit Pro-Shop, login, and go to the ORDER LOOKUP page (link can be found in your MY ACCOUNT menu)
  • You can search by your PO number, by PTE order, or all submitted orders in a time period.
  • Once you have found your order, click on the View Detail button to open a detail screen. Tracking information, if available, will be shown there.
  • Please note that tracking information is not immediate. Most of the time tracking is available the following day, but it may take up to 3 business days to update after the order is shipped.
  • For any further assistance with tracking your order, please feel free to contact our customer service team.
How can I get a copy of an invoice?

Most of the time, your order will be invoiced the day after it ships. They are automatically sent to your account's AP e-mail account. Up until the time it is paid in our system, a copy of your invoice can be viewed and printed in Pro-Shop.

  • Login to Pro-Shop with your account, and select VIEW OUTSTANDING INVOICES from the MY ACCOUNT menu.
  • If your account has suitable permissions to view invoices, a listing of all open invoices in our system for your company will be shown. You can use the Search field above the list of invoices to filter out by the invoice number or your PO number.
  • If you have trouble locating your invoice, contact our office for assistance.
How can I get a Pro-Shop account?

Pro-Shop accounts are only available for existing customers. If you are a customer and require an account, please contact our office and we will be glad to assist you.

For anyone wanting to become a new customer, please be advises that we do not sell directly to the public. Instead, we utilize a vast distributor network worldwide.
