521319 – TD65-2 / TD65 Caster Wheel Bushing Replacement Instructions

This guide will assist with caster wheel bushing replacement on older TD65 and TD65-2 mowers built prior to 1997.

– TD65 Serial #9165101 – 9465275

Early models of TD65-2 and TD65 mowers came equipped with 6205 bearing sets installed in the wheel rims. These bearings were prone to early failure as a result of water contamination. This kit can be used on mowers that had 6205 bearings or large wear bushings installed on their deck wheels from factory to replace them with another wear bushing of the correct size.

Note that this kit does not cover wear bushing wheel assemblies after the above listed serial numbers, which had a much thinner-walled bushing installed in the rims.
